THIS YEAR IN URO

• We are very proud to announce the newest member of our sales team, Bill Knifsend. Bill is a well respected veteran in our field that brings over 30 years of product and industry knowledge to our team. If you are lucky enough to be one of Bill's accounts you may be receiving a call from him soon.


• We are expanding in 2012! We're hoping our new 20,000 sqft addition will be completed in February allowing us to inventory more skus, stock deeper, and become more efficient. This will help our fill rate, shipping time, and reduce shipping errors.


• New Fulfillment/Receiving System - Following the completion of our new warehouse we will begin implementing our new fulfillment/receiving system. We will be using UPC's and wireless scan guns to pick and pack your orders to reduce shipping time and errors even further.


• New products - Product development is the lifeblood of our company. As with previous years we will introduce hundreds of new products with even more ÜRO Exclusive offers than ever before.


• Quality Assurance - The writing is on the wall and any company that doesn't see it won't be in business very long. We are scrutinizing the quality of the products we offer more than ever before. Using our own testing equipment or outside test labs we will be showing our customers the proven benefits of buying ÜRO Parts. It's important that our distributors pass on this information to their customers so they know what they're purchasing and the difference between ÜRO Parts and the lowest common denominator.
